I broke the spacer during the install by over tighten the BB on my “Crapvelo” frame last Saturday. Didn’t see the replacement on the site, so I emailed support for help and got a prompt response the next morning, 8 hour time difference. Hambini requested order # to ensure the right part and I received the shipped notice a few hours later. This is Sunday!
As a retired tech manager of more than 30 years, I have dealt with thousands of suppliers, contractors, staff and service providers of all sizes. In a world that is seemingly increasing in greed, mediocrity/incompetence and ambivalence, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with a vendor that takes care of the “Customers”.
